GREENSTREET PARTNERS is a local and independent firm specializing in residential real estate and residential income properties.

To us, property is never about just bricks and mortar. It’s homes for families to spread out in.

It’s businesses where opportunities sprout.

Real estate is more than just shelter, an investment or a suitable space for an office.

It’s your future and we want to help make it a good one.

We know the market and we take the time to know our customers, and it’s our care and attention to matching our clients’ goals with the right property that makes us stand apart in our industry.

Selling Process

4 steps to selling your home at top value

1

let’s get started!
Have you outgrown your home? Are you a new empty nester interested in downsizing? Ready for a fresh start? Whatever the reason, we can help you transition from your current space into ideal accommodations.
The first step is to call GREENSTREET PARTNERS and ask about a free and comprehensive property valuation. From there, we analyze the current market characteristics and gather important information to accurately price your property. Once the value is set we begin preparing your home for that special event: the viewings, displaying it for the world to see.

2

the marketing plan
Our goal is the right offer for your home, as quickly as possible. Our method? Open house events and sophisticated internet marketing. With the help of our team of talented interior decorators, photographers, cinematographers and designers, we work together to make sure your home is looking perfect in the sales photos, as well as in person. First impressions count, and we want to make sure those impressions are dazzling.

3

send in the negotiator
Open, honest communication is at the heart of our negotiations. We keep all lines of communication open and clear during the critical moments while taking care of the administrative side of the sale. Our goal is to make this time for you as hassle-free as possible so all that’s left for you to do is say yes.

4

finalizing the paperwork
Documents, inspections, disclosures … it takes more than a nod, a handshake and a transfer of funds to sell a home. The piles of paperwork can be daunting so as part of our service we execute and file it away on your behalf. Once we’ve dotted the final “i” and crossed the “t” congratulations! You’ve just sold your home.

top Recommendations for sellers

  • Consult a Real Estate professional. DIY subjects you to scrutiny and lawsuits. Not to mention, a far less bottom line.
  • Freshen up your home. Paint inside and out if possible; avoid dark colors. Bring down dark and heavy drapery.
  • De-clutter your home. Take down family photos.
  • Hire a professional landscape crew to spice up the yard.
  • Never withhold critical information from buyers. Disclose everything known to you.
Buying Process

3 steps to buying your dream home

1

let’s get started!
Buying a new home can be an exciting adventure, let’s do it together.

If you’re equal parts excited and equal parts anxious with the thought of buying a home you are not alone. Our job is to make it as straight-forward as possible; exciting too (it is an adventure after all). From financing to signing on the dotted line, we’ll make sure this complex process is handled with great care and attention.

2

find the perfect home
You tell us what you want, we go out and find it, combing the market until the perfect property pokes its nose up. You won’t be left twiddling your thumbs wondering what’s happening either – we’ll keep you informed of every pocket listing, new property, reduced or re-listed home along the way.

3

send in the negotiator
Our goal is to negotiate terms most beneficial for you (and in the quickest time possible). It’s art mixed with a dash of science and our clients have been kind enough to refer to our hands-on approach as game-changing. We monitor events during escrow and stay with you until the contracts have been signed and it’s time to move in.

We want the house buying process to be a joyful experience and will do everything in our power to make sure it is.

top Recommendations for buyers

  • Consult a Real Estate professional. We are your PARTNER!
  • Understand your objectives for moving: school, job, family, etc…
  • Narrow your search. Perhaps a broad search is clouding your focus.
  • Consult a reputable lender for a pre-approval.
  • Maintain open line of communication with your agent; we can’t stress the importance enough.

Pasadena and co; my stomping ground for 25 happy years. The area I know like the back of my hand, (and where I have my realtor’s ear to the ground), includes South Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, La Canada, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Alhambra and the surrounding cities.

I became a licensed realtor in 2006. The following year in 2007, I waved goodbye to banking and dived headlong into my one true passion, residential real estate. I grew up here. I learned to ride a bike here. I went to school here, and it means I can, (and do), give my clients backstage Pasadena passes.

Nothing delights me more than seeing the huge smiles as my client walks into their new dream home – negotiations and sale complete – for the very first time.

When I’m not playing matchmaker to clients and real estate that I think they’re going to fall in love with, I might be reading, watching movies or entertaining friends at my Pasadena home.

If you want a chat over a coffee about what you might be looking for, just give me a call, any time. My number is 626.497.8936
